New Delhi vivo has announced the launch date for its new smartphone. The vivo S2 will debut in India on August 6 at 12 PM IST, the brand confirmed this week. The company has also put up a promo page on its official India website, which gives us the first look at the phone’s design. vivo S2 Design The teaser image shows a curved front display with a centered punch-hole selfie camera. At the back, there’s a horizontal camera module with two sensors and a circular LED flash. The frame is made of plastic. The volume keys and power button are placed on the right side. The top edge houses a secondary microphone and speaker. vivo says the S2 will have a “flagship-inspired design” with focus on performance, camera, and an immersive audio-visual experience. Full specs are still under wraps.
