The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the Class 10 Second Board Examination Result 2026. As per CBSE, the combined pass percentage after including both Main and Second Board exams this year is 96.78%. Students who appeared can now check and download their scorecards from the DigiLocker results portal: results.digilocker.gov.in Key Highlights – Total registered: 6,64,027 students – Total appeared: 6,63,777 students – For score improvement: 5,13,955 students appeared to better their Main exam marks. Out of these, 3,08,095 students (59.95%) improved their scores. – Compartment exams: 1,49,822 students appeared. 78,503 students cleared it, taking the compartment pass rate to 52.40%. This is higher than last year’s 48.68% in 2025. With the improved performance in both Main and Second Board exams, CBSE said the final overall Class 10 pass percentage for 2026 is 96.78%.
