Popular Malayalam playback singer, television host, and YouTuber Rimi Tomy is set to begin a new chapter in her personal life. More than six years after her divorce, the artist shared the news of her upcoming wedding through a video on her official YouTube channel, revealing that she has found a supportive life partner.

“Not an Actor, Singer, or Millionaire”

Addressing her followers, Rimi expressed her gratitude and explained what drew her to her future husband. While she enjoyed her independence and travel, she felt the desire for a companion who brought genuine calm and emotional balance into her life.

“He is not an actor, singer, public figure, or a millionaire,” Rimi stated in her vlog. She highlighted that wealth and celebrity status were never her criteria. Instead, she prioritised mutual understanding, matching sensibilities, mutual personal growth, and, above all, peace of mind. Describing the relationship as a timely blessing, she noted that the mutual comfort and care they developed in a short period led to her decision to remarry.

Who is Libin Mathew?

In a follow-up video, Rimi formally introduced her fiancé, Libin Mathew. A native Malayali settled in Mumbai, Libin is a professional bodybuilder and fitness trainer. The two connected when he began training her as her fitness coach over the past several months.

The couple is scheduled to tie the knot at a church ceremony in Dombivli, Maharashtra, later this November. Rimi concluded her announcement by asking fans and well-wishers for their love and prayers as she embarks on this fresh journey.
