‘Frozen 3’ Set for 2027: Anna and Kristoff’s Wedding Faces New Threat

Disney unveiled the first look at Frozen 3 during its D23 fan event, setting a theatrical release date for November 24, 2027.

Voice stars Idina Menzel (Elsa) and Kristen Bell (Anna) appeared together on stage to preview the upcoming installment, confirming that the story features the long-awaited wedding between Anna and Kristoff (voiced by Jonathan Groff). The narrative will take the main characters beyond the borders of Arendelle into unfamiliar, hazardous territories.

Exclusive footage shown at the event revealed Anna and Kristoff’s wedding being disrupted by a mysterious new villain who confronts the royal sisters in an icy forest setting. Additionally, Josh Gad returned to highlight Olaf’s role, teasing new romantic comedic subplots for the character.
