Moving away from the elaborate multi-dial setup seen on the discontinued Himalayan 411, the new model adopts a minimalist layout: Primary Display: A round analogue speedometer integrated with a compact digital LCD screen for standard ride metrics. Navigation Unit: An auxiliary Tripper navigation pod positioned next to the main dial, likely available as an optional add-on or standard on higher trims. Powertrain and Mechanical Specifications Built on the shared Scram 440 architecture, the adventure tourer receives dedicated hardware tuned for rougher terrain: Engine: 443cc, single-cylinder, air- and oil-cooled motor. Power Output: 25.4 bhp and 34 Nm of peak torque. Transmission: 6-speed gearbox. Wheel Setup: A larger 21-inch front wheel for enhanced off-road clearance, compared to the 19-inch unit on the Scram. Styling: Retains the familiar silhouette of the classic 411 platform, updated with revised color options and graphics. Expected Pricing The Royal Enfield Himalayan 440 is anticipated to launch around Rs. 2.50 lakh (ex-showroom), bridging the price gap between the Scram 440 and the flagship liquid-cooled Himalayan 450.
