The filmmaker has been actively promoting his directorial debut starring Sundeep Kishan, offering a rare look into his relationship with his parents, Vijay and Sangeetha.

On His Mother Being His Supporting Pillar

In a recent interview with SS Music, Jason Sanjay highlighted the significant role his mother plays in his life, describing her as his ultimate support system. He shared that she is constantly attentive to him and his sister, regularly reaching out to check on his well-being if he misses a daily call.

While expressing deep affection for his parents, the young director admitted that discussing everything with them can sometimes be challenging due to boundaries. However, he noted that he shares an completely open bond with his sister, with whom he can talk freely about any aspect of his life. Jason added that he aims to keep his filmmaking natural and reflective of his true personality.

With its release scheduled for October 2, Sigma has entered its final promotional phase. The film features an ensemble cast including Sundeep Kishan, Sampath, and Raju Sundaram, with music composed by Thaman. Following an earlier postponement, the project marks Jason Sanjay’s formal entry into the film industry as a director.
