And this time, he’s doing something completely different. The actor has started filming his next project, a survival thriller titled ‘Pralay’. The cameras rolled in Mumbai this week. Who’s Behind ‘Pralay’? The film is being directed by Jai Mehta — yes, Hansal Mehta’s son. If that name rings a bell, it should. Jai co-directed the cult hit ‘Scam 1992: The Harshad Mehta Story’ and also worked on ‘Lootere’. Both projects won him serious praise for storytelling and grit. And it’s not just Jai’s debut as a solo director to watch out for. Kalyani Priyadarshan, who broke out with ‘Lokah’, will be sharing screen space with Ranveer in this massive spectacle. The film is backed by Ananya Birla’s production house, with Hansal Mehta and Sahil Saigal joining as co-producers. What’s ‘Pralay’ About?
